AI image generation
Image generation sends your prompt, ratio and resolution through our API server to Agnes. Our application does not save images in a server database. Up to 20 recent images and prompts are stored in this browser’s IndexedDB without cross-device sync. Delete individual images or clear site data. Storage eviction may remove images, so download those you want to keep. Closing the page or stopping the wait does not guarantee cancellation upstream.
AI chat and local conversation history
AI chat differs from the local computation tools described below. Sending or retrying a message sends it and recent conversation context through our API server to Agnes to generate a reply, requiring an internet connection. Our application does not write chats to a server database or intentionally log message bodies. Agnes and Cloudflare still process requests under their respective policies; local history does not mean messages are processed only on your device. Conversations, titles, messages and update times are saved in this browser’s IndexedDB without automatic expiry or cross-device sync. Delete them from the conversation list or clear site data. Private browsing, browser cleanup or storage eviction can remove history. Storage failures are reported on the page. Do not send secrets or sensitive data; AI replies may be incorrect.
Agnes privacy policyAI task mode
Task mode sends recent conversation and intermediate stage outputs to the same Agnes service in multiple calls for requirements, outline, draft and final review. Task status, brief stage summaries and results are stored with the conversation in this browser’s IndexedDB. No server conversation database is added. Closing or refreshing does not guarantee continued execution; unfinished tasks are shown as interrupted on reopening. Restarting makes new model calls.
Tool-page AI assistant
The tool assistant uses the same AI service. Quick questions, sending and retrying send your question, recent assistant conversation and public tool documentation. Tool form inputs, selected files and results are not automatically read or uploaded. Content you paste into the assistant is sent with your question. Assistant chats stay in page memory and clear when reset, refreshed, or when leaving or changing the tool or language. They are not saved in the standalone chat’s IndexedDB history.

This policy explains data handling for Vubilo (vubilo.com), including tools, language selection, contact emails. Send privacy questions or rights requests to customer_service@vubilo.com. Local processing of tool input does not mean that visiting the website or sending email involves no personal information.

Local tools, excluding AI features, compute in your browser without uploading their input bodies or selected files to a computation server. Input, results, and file objects may remain in page memory; reload or close the page to clear these temporary references held by the site. Copied or downloaded content is managed by you, your browser, and your operating system. Exception: remote images or styles referenced in Markdown previews may automatically request the referenced site, and external links open third-party sites. Those sites may receive your IP address, requested URL, and browser information. Do not put sensitive data in remote resource URLs. Remote resources may be unavailable offline.
Site access, hosting, and language selection
Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery. The provider processes network information such as IP addresses, request URLs, times and browser information for delivery, operations and security; logging depends on the service configuration. Page language follows the URL: the root and /en are English, /zh is Chinese, and /es is Spanish. The language menu changes the URL. Browser preferences and IP location do not trigger automatic language redirects, and language selection receives no tool input.
Cloudflare Privacy PolicyLocal storage
localStorage remembers your theme and language preference; IndexedDB stores chat and image history in this browser. You can remove this data through the page controls or browser site settings. Service Worker offline caching has been retired. Migration unregisters the old Service Worker and removes its page caches without deleting history or preferences. Ordinary browser HTTP caches may remain. Clearing all site data deletes local history.
Contact emails and retention
When you email customer_service@vubilo.com, we and the email provider process your email address, message, attachments, and any identity or contact details you supply to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Provide only necessary, redacted information, not passwords, private keys, or unredacted files. Emails should be retained only as needed to handle the request, follow-up, disputes, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised when there is no continuing basis for retention. The relevant period depends on the matter and applicable obligations.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The production website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure pages visited, traffic sources, device and browser information, and interaction events to understand site usage. Google may use cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and process analytics requests; retention depends on the Analytics configuration. We do not send tool input bodies, chat messages, image prompts or file contents as custom analytics parameters. This integration disables Google signals and ad personalization signals. Pages also include a Google AdSense loading script; its presence does not mean ads are necessarily displayed. Cloudflare may set security cookies. You can restrict cookies in browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

Hosting, security, and email providers may process access or email information outside your country or region. The processing scope, log retention, recipients, and safeguards depend on the services and contracts actually used. Local tool computation does not mean all site-access or email data stays on your device or within your country. This notice does not waive any applicable international-transfer notice, contract, assessment, or consent requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can switch language, clear this site's browser data, or stop using the service. For personal information we actually hold, contact customer_service@vubilo.com to request information, access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and where applicable to object, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent. We may request proportionate verification and will handle and respond to requests under applicable law, explaining reasons and available remedies if a request cannot be fulfilled. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior consent-based processing. You may also complain to the applicable data protection authority. We cannot access or delete tool input, downloaded files, or clipboard content stored only on your device.
Policy updates
This policy and its date will be revised when features or data handling change. Changes requiring additional notice or consent must follow the relevant process before that processing begins. Continued use does not automatically constitute consent to new non-essential processing.
