Extract PDF pages using page ranges

Pulls the pages you need out of a PDF and saves them as a new file. Page syntax is intuitive: 5 for a single page, 1-3 for a range, 1-3,5,8-10 to combine. Output preserves the original page quality — pages are copied directly without re-rendering, so text stays selectable rather than becoming an image.

Save selected chapters, statements and attachments

Grabbing just the signature page from a hundred-page scanned contract; extracting the bibliography from a thesis to send to an advisor; submitting only certain months of a bank statement; splitting one chapter out of a textbook PDF for tablet reading. The reverse works too: to “delete page N”, extract everything else.

PDF page numbering and encrypted-file limits

Page numbers start at 1 and refer to the file order, not numbers printed inside the document. Repeated pages are deduplicated and selected pages are sorted numerically. Encrypted or damaged files may fail. Copying pages does not guarantee preservation of document-level forms, bookmarks or digital signatures; keep the source and inspect the exported PDF.

Can extracting PDF pages perform OCR or convert them to Word?

No. Extraction copies selected pages into another PDF; it does not recognize text in scanned images or export Word documents. Existing selectable text can remain selectable, but an image-only scan stays an image. Check forms, annotations and signatures in the output rather than assuming they are preserved.
